A ½ day introduction to the key principles of process management and business activity mapping using advanced process management software such as Tibco Nimbus or Skore.
Delegates are provided with background knowledge about Business Definition Framework methodology that will help them create, manage and maintain the system at an optimum level in the business.
Course 2 - Process Author, the Basics
For business activity map authors and accountable role holders:
A 1-day course that focuses on Business Definition Framework methodology and the core functionality of the mapping software. The course gives delegates the ability to effectively capture business process and supporting documentation.
The course uses a combination of instructor led presentations, interactive hands-on exercises and case studies to illustrate the techniques. The course is generally based on the functionality of Tibco Nimbus or Skore software but can be adapted to other process mapping software as required.
Course 3 - Process Administration
For Process System administrators and accountable role holders:
A 1-day course, focused on the tools and techniques required to help administrators manage and maintain the process management system to ensure its relevance and usefulness to users throughout the organisation.
The course is focused on techniques to achieve high levels of ‘adoption’ of the process system.
The course is generally based on the functionality of the Tibco Nimbus or Skore software but can be adapted to other process mapping software.
